How to read your tyre dimension? Indicated on the sidewall of your tyre, its dimension is made up of several elements. As example: 215/65R15C 104/102T 6PR means:
- 215: width in mm
- 65: 65% - the ratio of the height to width in %
- R15: diameter of the tyre’s inner rim in inches. R means rim size.
- C: indicates that it is a tyre for commercial vans.
- 104/102: load index indicates the maximum load carrying capacity of the tyre.
- T: speed rating indicates the maximum speed for the tyre at the full load
- 6PR: PR means ply rating, and indicates the inflation pressure. 6PR stands for 300-375 kPa.
